Drip Coffee Machine

AeroPress

💡 Temperature Tips
- ✓ Boiling (212°F): Many recipes say "boiling water," but slightly cooler is better
- ✓ 30 Seconds Rule: Boil water, wait 30 seconds = ~195°F (perfect for most methods)
- ✓ Too Hot: Over 210°F can scald delicate coffee and cause bitterness
- ✓ Too Cold: Under 160°F won't extract enough flavor (weak coffee)
- ✓ Thermometer: A cheap kitchen thermometer ($10) helps dial in perfect temperature
⚠️ Common Temperature Mistakes
